Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unlit, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Sale products and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please contact us at hi@meganstone.com with your order number (found on your confirmation email) to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@meganstone.com.
Shipping Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@meganstone.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition as well as photos of the shipping box. Please hang on to all damaged product(s) and packaging, too. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
